Well, I have two pieces in the SFWA monthly show again, and one of them won a ‘Merit Award’. The theme is Holidays and I don’t do much in the way of holiday artwork, but I thought my End of the Party, left above, was appropriate, and then I remembered a photo I took last year of a lady on the street checking her shopping. I did some digital painting and enhancing, and came up with ‘Checking It Twice’. That’s the one that one the award, much to my surprise (and pleasure). Hope you like them.
